Olexander Yefremov
Olexander Yefremov was born on August 22, 1954 in Voroshilovgrad.
Higher education: 1978 graduated from Voroshilovgrad Engineering Institute, specialization: hydraulic machinery and automatic equipment, qualification: mechanical engineer. In 1992 he graduated from Kyiv Institute of Political Science and Social Management, specialization: political scientist. In 1996 he graduated from the International Academy of Personnel Management in Kyiv, specialization: Master of Economic Sciences; in 2001 he received the degree "Candidate of Economic Science".
Working experience:
1978 - Mechanical Engineer of Voroshilovgrad Engineering Plant.
1978 - 1980 - served in the Soviet Army.
1980 - 1987 - the First Secretary of Lenin District Committee of Lenin Communist Union of the Youth of Ukraine, the First Secretary of Voroshilovgrad Town Committee of Lenin Communist Union of the Youth of Ukraine.
1987 - 1989 - deputy superintendent of Voroshilovgrad Machine-Tool Plant, 1989 - 1991 - Secretary of the Party Committee of the same enterprise.
1991 - 1996 - Director SME "Mega Ltd", Luhansk.
1996 - 1997 - Chairman of the Commercial Bank "Ukrcomunbank".
1997 - 1998 - Deputy Chairman of the Luhansk Regional State Administration, 1998 - 2005 - Chairman of Luhansk Regional State Administration.
2005 - 2006 - President of Luhansk regional branch of the Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
2006 - till present – People's Deputy of Ukraine.
Public activities: since 2005 - Chairman of Luhansk regional branch of the Party of Regions.
Member of the Party of Regions.
Married, has a son.
