A comment of People’s Deputy, the Party of Regions parliamentary faction member Yuriy Miroshnichenko about certain actions of the Prime Minister in the sphere of gas relations:


- Yulia Tymoshenko’s efforts to inspect agreements between the President of Ukraine and the President of Russia, her attempt to create her own corruption scheme of gas relations between Ukraine and Russia taking into account the «EESU», «ISD» and «Itera» interests (representatives of which took part in Moscow negotiations) proved to be vain.

«Gazprom» speaker declared today that debts, the payment schedule of which is violated by Tymoshenko, must be paid in periods and in amounts fixed at the talks between Yushchenko and Putin.

No new agreements, «Gazprom» speaker underlined, during a day-long bustle of Tymoshenko in Moscow were not made and would not be.

Tymoshenko, understanding the failure of her Moscow intentions, decided to launch repressions within our country now. Thus, she is illegally ordering the General Prosecution to pursuit some people and business units. She is illegally voiding registration of enterprise formed by NAK « Naftogaz of Ukraine», i.e. «UkrGazEnergo».

This enterprise has paid more than 10 billion of hryvnyas for taxes in the State Treasure of Ukraine, provided for Ukrainian consumers ten billion of cubic meters of gas. Tymoshenko’s repressive actions concerning this enterprise and some people may result in greater tension and more serious problems in gas supply to Ukraine.
