People’s Deputy, the Party of Regions parliamentary faction deputy head Sergiy Lyovochkin stated about confirmation of the programme of Viktor Yanukovych’s visit to Brussels.

Sergiy Lyovochkin said that the visit program, in particular, includes the Party of Regions Leader’s participation in the ‘Ukraine-EU’ Committee work. Besides, it is planned that Viktor Yanukovych will hold meetings with the well-known and influential European politicians - the EU Commissioner for External Affairs Benita Ferrero-Waldner, the EU High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy Javier Solana and Vice President of the European Parliament Marek Siwiec.

A press-conference of V.Yanukovych and his participation in two TV broadcasts are also planned.

It should be noted that the visit program of the Party of Regions parliamentary faction Head V.Yanukovych also includes a reserved time for his meeting with NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer.
