The unprecedented cynicism of BYuT and Yulia Tymoshenko, with which they met the possibility of raising wages and pensions of the poorest Ukrainians by UAH 200 from July 1 will be a stain of disgrace on this political force and its leader.

The well-fed BYuT members do not understand the common people, who survive with their last bit of strength under the conditions of a slump in prices for literally all essentials.

Preparing for comfort vacations, which the MPs from BYuT mostly take in “overseas constituencies”, the BYuT members did not find a drop of conscience to make summer at least a little bit easier for millions of the poor, who have to starve, let alone the prospect for taking a vacation.

The Party of Regions reiterates that we will not let the MPs take a vacation until they vote a rise in minimal wages and pensions. We will not let the corrupt and irresponsible government, which plunders the country unscrupulously, disregard and offend the poorest, who hope for the governmental protection.
