- The extraordinary parliamentary meeting, initiated by BYuT to be held on Wednesday, July 1, will not take place unless Yulia Tymoshenko agrees to the Party of Regions’ demand to increase immediately, already from July 1, wages and pensions to the poorest Ukrainians.

We are firm and resolute about it.

And we reiterate once again – without the immediate relieve of very grave financial state of the unprotected people, parliament will not pass any decree.

Either current Verkhovna Rada is able to make the Tymoshenko government increase wages and pensions for the people of scanty means - or it should be dissolved. There is no place for compromise, - Viktor Yanukovych said.
