A ruling of the Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeals, which canceled a CEC's resolution in part that foresaw at least two election commission members organizing voting at home, is not to be executed, - announced MP Serhiy Kivalov, Head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Justice, Deputy Head of the electoral headquarters of the Party of Regions.

- "The Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine has suspended the effect of the corresponding illegal ruling of the Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeals.

The resolution of the Central Election Commission dated 7 February 2010 is obligatory for execution - at least two members of the local election commissions must organize home voting.

The ruling of the Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeals, which canceled the resolution of the Central Election Commission in part that at least two members of local election commissions must be present during the home voting, is not subject to execution.
