Member of Parliament, the Party of Regions Deputy Head Hanna Herman during a briefing at Viktor Yanukovych’s press centre said that Yulia Tymoshenko’s election headquarters gave an order to all their offices to lodge complaints to the courts with a purpose “to urgently and obligatory acknowledge the election results and records of the election commissions invalid”.

Hanna Herman noted that the order is accompanied by a draft complaint to judges on acknowledging illegitimate the divisional election commissions procedure of preparing the record and counting up votes.

“It testifies to panics in Yulia Tymoshenko’s headquarters. She wants to discredit the election results and disdain the calculation of votes in advance. Tymoshenko and her election headquarters want to launch the procedure of a so-called third round”, she said.

“Yulia Tymoshenko’s hopes for such a course of the events are vain. The election results will be so much convincing that Tymoshenko will be unable to use black techniques”, the Party of Regions MP summed up.
