Oleksandr Efremov, Member of Parliament, deputy head of the Party of Regions has said during a sitting of the Conciliatory Council that the PoR members suggest considering a law on the Verkhovna Rada Procedures in the second reading today.

According to him, to date “a coalition should be formed as soon as possible” in parliament.

O. Efremov has pointed out that it will enable to form new composition of the Cabinet of Ministers.

"Without this work it will be very difficult for us to move ahead in Verkhovna Rada, and we will be unable to make coordinated decisions on the burning problems faced by our state today", he underlined.

- Today at the Procedures Committee sitting a draft on making alterations to the VR procedures has been considered and appropriate table has been prepared.

After 12 a.m. all proof-read materials will be submitted for consideration to the session hall, and if the Conciliatory Council makes the decision, the Procedures Committee will be ready to present this law in the session hall, - O.Efremov marked.
