Oleksandr Efremov, Member of Parliament, deputy head of the Party of Regions, head of the Procedures Committee, noted that a new coalition in Verkhovna Rada will be formed after the law providing for individual membership of the MPs in the coalition comes in virtue.

- The coalition in Parliament will be formed after the draft is signed by President and promulgated in respective media, - the Party of Regions MP said to the journalists in Verkhovna Rada.

“As soon as the law come into force we will begin to set up a coalition”, he underlined.

According to Oleksandr Efremov, for the time being there is any reason for President not to sign this document. He not specified how long it may take for President to sign the law and put it into force. “It may take from two hours to 15 days”, he said.

With that Oleksandr Efremov pointed out that the previous coalition of BYuT, ‘NU-NS’ Bloc and Litvin’s Bloc factions were formed during 3 months, and asked not to hurry potential coalition members.

He informed as well that the Party of Regions faction will request the Constitutional Court to elucidate the clauses of this law so that “everything would be in line with Constitution”. With that the MP noted that such a request will be submitted to the Constitutional Court unless BYuT faction does it.
