Hanna Herman, deputy head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine said that Viktor Yanukovych does not reject his program principles of protecting the Russian language in Ukraine.

- The matter concerns the implementation of the European Charter of Regional Languages and Languages of Minorities, and that all efforts of the President and parliamentary faction, which supports him, will be aimed at putting this Charter into practice, - she pointed out.
